Bob Reibel

Bob Reibel is deeply immersed in the world of coaching and athlete development, blending his love for sports with a dedication to empowering athletes to realize their full potential. Having participated in basketball and baseball during his own high school career, Bob intimately understands the rigors and complexities of competing at a high level in multiple sports.

With over a decade of coaching experience, Bob has cultivated a keen understanding of individual player development and team dynamics. His coaching journey includes roles as a coach and director of feeder basketball for grades 6-8, as well as coaching high school boys basketball (sophomore and varsity) and baseball (freshman, JV, and varsity) for more than 10 years. This extensive experience has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he brings to every coaching session.

Currently serving as the Head Varsity Girls basketball coach and working as a special education teacher, Bob integrates his coaching principles into supporting student-athletes both on and off the court. Bob has piloted the Pure Sports Mindset Program with his varsity basketball team, and was a valuable contributor to the Pure Sports Mindset book.

Bob specializes in working with high-level competitive athletes, understanding what it takes to play at the varsity level for multiple sports on both the girls' and boys' sides. His coaching philosophy revolves around focusing on what athletes can control and tracking metrics for success. By emphasizing these aspects, Bob empowers athletes to take ownership of their performance and progress, fostering a sense of agency and confidence. Additionally, Bob specializes in video analysis for athletes, using game footage to provide insightful feedback and enhance performance.
